Progressive Cavity Pump
Positive displacement pump developed from the helical gear pump concept. It is characterized by its relatively low initial investment, simple structure, low visual impact, low noise levels, low hydraulic losses, minimal space requirements and high efficiency.
The most important advantage of this system is the high hydraulic efficiency, reaching up to 80%, much more than any other system with higher artificial lift.
Heads
The space required for installation in the well is much less than many other artificial lift systems. Different polished rod speeds can be achieved by changing the pulleys or using a speed variator. Simple design that minimizes maintenance and requires little lubrication.
Variators
It provides mechanical-electrical protection and local or remote control to the system, measures, monitors and controls surface and bottom well variables, prolongs the useful life of the system and allows optimization of well production. Adjustment of operating speed without the need to change pulleys or reduction boxes
PCP Accessories
